El Tribunal de Estrasburgo condenó ayer a España por violar la libertad de expresión del periodista José Luis Gutiérrez cuando dirigía «Diario 16». El Tribunal de Estrasburgo revocó las anteriores sentencias del Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Madrid (25-11-1997), así como de la Audiencia Provincial de Madrid y la posterior ratificación del Tribunal Supremo.
