Centros de producción SCINET-CORP's international program includes the supply of Mini-plants for the on-site manufacture of basic sustenance products such as bread, water, medical units, sanitary material, dehydrated food etc. In addition, it also provides for the supply of raw materials, spare parts, and the training and technical assistance necessary for the operation of each Mini-plant, which would assist over 850 million people currently in an endemic of malnutrition. The most important operation of the new facility located in the Port of Rotterdam, Europe's leading port and third ranked worldwide, will be to receive and distribute containers, machinery, capital goods and raw materials for our world network of Assembly Plants.

The Port of Puerto Quetzal has a strategic geographical location at the Pacific basin and on the west coast of the Americas. It is the first of three Assembly Plants to be installed in the region, which includes seven Central American countries (Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama) with a population of over 36 million, of which 8 million (mostly children) live under extreme poverty. In the initial phase, the Plant will manufacture over 2,700 Mini-Plants annually, primarily those providing basic sustenance products.

Port of Santos is the primary port of Brazil and the entire South American region. The Plant will be located at the TECON-Santos container terminal the largest in South America. In addition to the manufacturing and distribution of Production Mini-plants our facility will specialize in the assembly of modular units measuring 30m2 (40 feet) to be used in multiple applications including housing, mobile hospitals and emergency care units, schools, and warehouses. Furthermore, these SN-4TB mobile units will be linked to SCINET-CORP's international commerce network system, the WTS (World Trade System) which has over 2 million associated suppliers and more than 60 million of raw materials and products.

SCINET-CORP installs three Assembly and distribution Centers in Spain for the production of Mini-plants in mobile containers. The centers are located in the provinces of Madrid, Zaragoza and Granada, in accordance to the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade. To that effect, we have increased the capital stock of our Spanish subsidiary from 14.5 to 300 million euros ($450 million dollars). Our investment in each center is over 45 million euros with annual exports of more than 20,500 Mini-plants of confirmed orders resulting in a combined value of over 1.05 billion euros FOB. Production will be earmarked to the international program that includes the supply of Mini-plants for basic sustenance (bread, water, dehydrated food, medical units, etc.) specifically directed to the 52 countries located in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, a region with over 600 million people in extreme underdevelopment.

The new Centers located in Madrid, Zaragoza and Granada will export all types of fully equipped Mini-plants: Bakeries, Water treatment and desalinization plants, Medical units (first aid, ophthalmology, dentistry and obstetrics), medical material, dehydrated food, melamine tableware (glasses, plates, spoons), powder milk production, plastic bags, bottles and latex derivatives, rice milling and other cereals, steel nails production, rethreading of rubber tires, contoured sheets for covers, roofs and front closures, etc., up to over 700 production systems.
